Villa Giulietta above the Gulf of Castellammare
A newly built holiday house near Scopello for up to six guests, about ten minutes by car from the Zingaro nature reserve.

The house
Villa Giulietta stands in a quiet rural part of north-west Sicily, with the mountains behind it and the Mediterranean in front. The house is newly built and furnished mostly in white, with a modern Italian SMEG kitchen, pastel colours from the region, handmade tiles and vases.
Two large terraces, one on each side, give each of the three bedrooms its own entrance. Downstairs, floor-to-ceiling sliding windows open the living room onto the terrace and the pool.

A pool with a view of the sea
The pool lies in the lawn in front of the house, with the sea on the horizon. Sun loungers and parasols stand around it.

Bedrooms behind blue shutters
Behind the light-blue louvred shutters is a bedroom under a white beamed ceiling. From another bedroom you look out over the trees to the sea.

Outdoor kitchen, garden and yoga deck
Beside the house, under a wooden pergola, there is an outdoor kitchen with a hob, a sink and a table for eating outside, plus a built-in barbecue. At the far end of the garden, across the lawn, is a yoga deck with its own pergola.

Good to know
Is the pool heated?
Yes. The private pool is heated and can be used all year round. Sun loungers, parasols and pool towels are provided.
What is the nearest beach?
The closest places to swim are Cala dell'Ovo, a small cove of pebbles and rock, 3.6 km away, and Guidaloca bay at 3.7 km. Guidaloca is the easier one: a pebble beach with sunbeds to hire, a bar and paid parking right next to it. The Tonnara di Scopello is nearer (3.2 km), but swimming is not allowed there. More beaches are on the location page.
Is there parking at the villa?
Yes, free parking on the property for several cars, including an open carport. There is no need to reserve a space.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no. Pets cannot stay at the villa.
